Casa Leticia Boutique Hotel

The hotel is conveniently located near People's Park, Davao city. The style is a bit dated. The breakfast buffet was great.

The hotel was pretty decent and well maintained. It’s near a Japanese/ Thai and a Spanish restaurant. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast was 3/5. Be sure to bring slippers - it is available per request but there’s a charge.

I arrived at the hotel 2 hours early and waited in the lobby. When I finally checked in, they told me to wait because they were still preparing my room, so I waited for 15 minutes. 8/10 Security guards and staff were friendly, accommodating, and approachable. 10/10 The food they served for breakfast was just a typical breakfast—nothing special or extravagant. However, it was delicious. 8.5/10 Cleanliness and their Internet are top-tier. 100/10 😅

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the heart of the city. My partner and I experienced excellent service, mainly when an incident arose that required us to visit the hospital. The staff were exceptionally cooperative in providing an incident report, which was incredibly helpful for our insurance reimbursement process. While the hotel is somewhat older and the amenities could be upgraded, I still felt very comfortable during our stay. I would recommend this place.

Nice hotel to stay for a night

Great location over looking people’s park nice place to sit and watch the world go by subject to rain of course. Hotel staff pleasant and obliging. Rooms dated bed (2 singles room ) poor,  linen clean but mattress old and sheets didn’t fit the mattress Towels threadbare shower was cold Overall not the best  experience and wouldn’t stay again

Room was great. Breakfast is okay. The only problem was they are using an old key for their doors, and its a struggle to open and remove.

Directly located infrint of thr public plaza, it is in the city center and the best location to stay when you want to explore Davao City.
