Reviews of Red Knight Gardens

First,a great hotel. One new negative. Asked for an extra pillow. Only hotel I've ever been to and I travel internationally , that actually charges for an extra pillow. Think the owner needs to take a course in Hotel management.

So suprised of this place. Small and quiet hotel. Very nice staff, clean small pool, really good food and drinks. Clean room hot shower, netflix etc. Actually this is more cozy than waterfront insular we always stay before even this is not near the sea. Recomend this for families or couples. Just been here one night so far and stay 6 more nights. Guards in the entrance so its also a safe place.

Very low water pressure on second floor. Not enough to activate the heater. So only a dribble of cold water. Reported to manage over a week ago. No action on getting it fixed!

The steps into the pool have no railing and are very slippery. I slipped and severely cut my finger to the bone on the edge of the steps. I had to go to the hospital . I found out from the staff that many people have fallen and severely hurt their selves there. When I returned from the hospital, the owner just laughed about it! She never even ask me about my injuries or offered an apology . Nothing has been done about this. This has ruined my month Long scuba diving trip. I’m seriously considering a lawsuit.
