Pictures were all taken by me. Services are great and helpful. Nice and clean environment. Every thing is so great and true. Now so many pictures of the hotels are misleading but not this one. Highly recommend a return !

The room is very big and is just a 20-minute walk from the school. There is a school bus available.

乾淨緊湊的酒店，有兩排房子，靠近大堂的聯排有兩層客房，泳池後面的有一排平房，綠化非常好，但沒有蚊蟲，住了兩天連一個蚊子包都沒有，樹上有很多松鼠。

我在戴維斯住過最好的酒店，以後去戴維斯還住這個酒店

酒店離學校很近，對面就加油站和漢堡店，房間設施舒適整潔衞生，不錯

房間很乾凈衞生，廚房非常好用，很好的酒店，下次還會預訂

床特別舒服，房間也夠大

We checked in to the University Park Inn and Suites and immediately checked out due to unsafe and unacceptable conditions. Each family paid for their own room, and we are requesting that both rooms be fully refunded. The ground-floor room assigned to us had a non-secure glass-paneled back door, directly outside of which a person experiencing homelessness was sleeping in the trunk of their minivan. In addition, the pool area was occupied by several men with a large bottle of vodka in plain view, creating an environment that was clearly inappropriate and unwelcoming for our teenage children. We requested two second-floor rooms to avoid these issues and were told that was not possible. Given the lack of security in the ground floor room and the uninviting and unsafe atmosphere around the pool, we promptly decided to check out without staying. These circumstances were far from the safe, comfortable environment represented when booking. We were denied a refund at the front desk and the manager did not reply to our emailed complaint and request for a refund.

Got there and grayed by warm staff, all good. Quiet and clean rooms... Great tv, good beds. A lot of electric outlets, parking right next to Room. Check out was really easy, no hassle drop key. Location was by freeway. Close to uc davis like 7 minutes by car.
