At the check in we encountered a warm welcome at the front office. They were very helpful and patient for all the questions we've had! Every evening we went to the restaurant and we were surprised in a positive way by the amazing dishes we ordered! The spa is amazing after a long day of skiing/boarding! We enjoyed our stay in the heart of downtown Davos this summer at the Morosani. We were able to walk or bus easily to just about anything we wanted to see or do which was wonderful. Our room was a two room corner suite with a huge wrap around patio. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms were superb as was the daily breakfast in their beautiful dining room. We hope to stay at this property again in the near future. The only practices that I wish they would reconsider, as they are unusual to just about every hotel I have ever stayed at, is removing the surcharge on credit card payments and charging a fairly hefty fee if you fail to return your plastic room key at the end of your stay. That last one left us scratching our heads.
