Clean and comfortable room for families with young kids. The heated floor is a plus point when travelling to a winter place. We were here for 2 nights on December and it was freezing cold. Thanks for the heated floor we stayed warm. The room is newly renovated with modern interior.
The hotel does not have much amenities other than what you get in the room. Food around the whole Xi Ling Snow Mountain is limited and they close early during winter time. Hence, do get your meal early.
Hotel service, I gave it a less rating as the staff are not really sure their role and hard to get a room call service at night.
Travelling here is quite smooth. We hired a private driver and took the cable car up to the snow mountain. There will be bus taking you to the ski resort area where then you will have a short walk to the hotel.
Overall a good stay and certainly recommended this hotel for families.

The good thing about the hotel is their location near the ski area, so it is easier to access ski facilities.
To get to the hotel, need to take a cable car that costs ¥240 round trip per person (have to pay more than just the cable car transportation because of hotel location). After that, need to take the bus until the top, than it is less than 5min walking to the hotel.
We booked Deluxe Single Room that is very nice, the whole house for us, new and modern decoration, even has a bathtub that was very nice to do after the whole day at the snow! But it should have bottle of water in the room, at night we were thirsty and didn’t have water to drink.
Breakfast is very limited, only chinese food, only 1 fruit option that was orange, no mineral water… not healthy at all. And it costs ¥60, what in my opinion is too much for the quality of the food
Both ladies from Front desk are very rude, untrained and don’t speak english. They were not helpful and didn’t make any effort to help us. Only because of them i will give a bad score!
Overall the hotel would be great if they had better staff at front desk!

講一下關於這個酒店的經歷哈……
開始我是28號定的到29號，由於是第一次來西嶺雪山，很多地方不懂，我開始一直聯繫酒店，攜程的酒店客服 已讀不回，電話打了幾個，通了直接掛斷，
結果錯過了上山的時間，一直到29-1號我又訂購了他們酒店，上來以後前台告訴我説，這個電話是他們隔壁映雪的前台電話，至於為什麼會這樣他們也不知道，因為前一天退的時候給我扣了300的違約金，這個錢後面攜程客服給我追回來了，
説到29-1號這個體驗感，看圖他們這個是衹有地暖的，下午15.30來地暖，然後一直噴水，工作人員説是因為這個環壞了！給我換了一個房間！結果到半夜12點左右地暖關閉了，沒聽錯，關閉了！！！半夜地暖關了，我撥打了前台電話，沒有人接！就這樣了！冷死了！
中間還有個小插曲，就是下午點餐的事情，我不知道各位旅遊在酒店的飯店吃飯是否有打包服務，或者是被收取服務費的項目，我去點餐想打包回房間吃，太冷了，點餐前台告訴我，他們沒有送餐服務，因為人手不夠，現在是淡季，人都沒有幾個，4個服務員圍着我，告訴我説人手不夠，我長見識了，然後説可以打包，我妥協了，可是打包的時候是用的飯盒子，他們沒有打包盒，沒錯，我瞬間有點生氣了，質問了下，你們這個餐廳沒有打包盒嗎？服務員回懟我，你可以去反應投訴下，我們這裏購買商品需要走流程的 幾個月採購，時間很久，我無語了，我説也不給送餐？有一個服務員突然一句，收取百分之40的服務費，我當時以為我聽錯了，40服務費，瘋了嗎！她説是公司要求的！我就自己端回酒店了，當我回去以後一直在仔細想，是不是我聽錯了，應該是百分之10，但是當時服務員反覆強調的百分之40。就在這個時候，我查看了酒店的介紹……上面你寫了一句服務費百分之30……我衹能説可能是我太窮了，去不起這地方，希望各位旅遊的自己想吧……百分之40服務費，10米距離！我是一個人真的端不了！

環境很好很滿意，酒店的瓶裝水應該給充足.而不是說一般酒店只給4瓶.早餐選擇不多.比較粗糙.其它都很好.

過年期間去，管家有提前一天聯繫，上山下山都有Vip通道，不用扛着行李排很長的退伍走着階梯上山搭纜車，但還是推着幾個行李從停車場到搭纜車走了一段距離。上山後，託管了行李，就奔去玩了，下午拿到房間，還挺好的，有地暖，不覺得冷，木屋很有高級感，也可能是木屋，樓上隔音效果不怎麼好，早餐嘛，比較簡單，住了2晚，下山因為是中午，等VIP接駁車司機吃完午飯時間有點久，我們就搭公共接駁巴士下山了。雪山上有幾家餐廳，還有娛樂設施，小朋友不會滑雪，有教練，他玩得很開心，總之，去玩雪一定一定要穿雪地靴或者套防水鞋套。

住酒店，入場與纜車有專屬通道，有專車中巴接送，可節省很多時間，這點值回酒店房費了，哈。我們提大行李去，都很方便。
服務好，工作人員幫忙拿行李，房間大，陽台視野開闊，暖氣夠勁，建議晚上11點前洗澡。美中不足，兩邊牀頭櫃沒有電源插頭。
全程有微信客服答疑，下次還會再選這家酒店。
