When I got up the next morning, the cockroaches appeared in the bathroom again, so I went to check out and asked for the results. The hotel arranged for two people to add me on WeChat. WeChat is just an apology, what's the use. Things have already happened and they don't show an attitude to deal with them. Such a hotel will soon collapse, everyone keeps their eyes open. Choose a newer hotel.

I've lived here several times, and this experience was the worst. The reception service at the front desk is not good, they don't care about it, and they don't want to talk for a long time when they ask, and they treat other guests like this, and they get angry when they look at it. It's snowing outside, and I don't have time to borrow an umbrella, and I don't really want to ask the guest room to get a quilt. I paid an extra person for breakfast, but I went to eat it. The waiter in the restaurant was unclear and the communication was not smooth. There are no value-added services as promised.

A very good hotel in Dazhou, the hotel uses intelligent robots to deliver and guide, and Xiao Guo, the assistant manager at the front desk, provides good service, understands the needs of guests and solves them in time. The location of the hotel is also very good. About 10 minutes drive.
