Not our first stay but by far the worst! Even the survey they sent for ratings did not work properly. I had to directly sign into TripAdvisor to review. The front desk young lady was rude. To begin with, the privacy please sign was missing from our door so I went down to get one. Only to find another guest waiting for the front desk staff as well. When the young lady arrived a few minutes later she seemed annoyed to be greeted by our smiling faces which were in turn greeted by her scowl. Even yet I smiled and politely requested a sign. She disappeared and returned with one a few minutes later. I smilingly thanked her and she coldly said ”your dog must be leashed in common areas ” Never once acknowledging my thank you or apologizing for the inconvenience. Furthermore the AC did not cool the room properly and made a terrible sound every 15 minutes. The bathroom sink had an extremely slow drain and caused water to sit. I have pictures of that too. Breakfast was runny, sweaty eggs. My husband began loading the car at 11:55ish and at 12:03 the manager which was a male, was both knocking and yelling ”knock, knock. When I opened the door he peered in the room without speaking which caused me to immediately say I will be right out. That is rude and creepy. He continued to do the same to the next door guest. I waited for him to leave and then proceeded to take my bags instead of waiting for my husband's help. The young man housekeeping immediately apologized for the managers behavior and offered to help me with my bags. He could see I was overwhelmed with my bags. He waited with me while holding one of my bags and offered to ride down with me which I politely and thankfully declined. I can't fathom what would be said to him of he left his post. Earlier the same manager who was knocking and yelling knock, knock was reprimanding another staff memeber in the front desk area with other guest and staff around in eyesight and earshot. This sadly bot eve a satisfactory stay. Ease bring back the seasoned professionals!
