The room was very clean and friendly staff. One of the elevators was down during check out time unfortunately. In regards to the swimming pool shower head was broken & requires to be fixed. Very limited towels available and also, the pool area in general was very cold.

The property desperately needs updates. The window locks do not work, there are not even screens on the windows, I had to change rooms twice. There are light cords stretching across the corner of the room, the lamp was hanging off the edge as if it didn’t even go there. The shower in my 3rd room did not get hot, in fact turning the knob to the hottest temp actually meant freezing cold. I learned that the turning it half way is slightly better than freezing so I took cold showers all week. To top it off, I tried to get a spoon from the front desk who then sent me to the bar and she tried to charge me $2 for a utensil after leaving me standing there for over 5 minutes waiting for her to acknowledge me.
