I stay at this property every five weeks for business, and it’s getting worse every time. I had DoorDash deliver dinner, no utensils. I went to the front desk and asked for a fork. The girl goes in the back and hands me plastic fork, and says understand that we don’t provide utensils, you need to get these from your food delivery, seriously? The next morning I go down at 6 AM for breakfast, it’s the first time I’ve ever stayed there that they asked for a coupon, I told her I didn’t receive one and she told me to go to the front desk to get one. Nobody at the front desk, waited five minutes, went back up into my room and got the key packet with a piece of paper in it that had breakfast hours, Internet information, etc. I brought down and showed it to the woman along with my key, Told her this is all I received and I’m going to have breakfast. She replied to me that I shouldn’t give her attitude and that I don’t have to eat breakfast. The staff is progressively getting worse and it’s time for me to find a new hotel The only positive, Mico, Who checked me in, was very friendly and polite. I don’t know what happened to this property, I used to enjoy it very much, it’s not worth it anymore
