The hotel was in a quieter part of Syracuse with a handful of other hotels nearby and office buildings nearby. Nothing walkable nearby in terms of stores or food but I was able to UberEats food to the hotel easily. Parking was easy and always available.

Hotel was okay as one would expect. Do not like coffee maker as they are too easy to contaminate! Hoping everyone uses clean cup provided once. BUT if someone, and it only takes one...uses same/used cup adds more water to coffee maker, for a second cup then people could get very sick. Germs yuck.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. We will return to the Hampton Inn when we visit the area again.

This is a good location to Syracuse University.
I do think the rates are high for a non-touristy area.
The shower at this hotel, the water did not get hot enough
There limited tv channels and no channel guide.
It is odd now a days that rooms do not come with a list of optional amenities for local area.

Hotel was clean. Room was comfortable. Staff was lovely. Complimentary coffee and breakfast in the morning was an added bonus. Plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again

Our room was very quiet, but, other than that, not so nice. First, it smelled terrible...like urine covered up by room freshener. Our bed was not neatly made...dust ruffle was askew, as well as the sheets. The carpet was old and slimy and there was nowhere to sit except a desk chair.

We arrived late at night and Zach was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, smelled good and the staff was friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options and was constantly being refilled, warm and the area cleaned with plenty of seating. I saved this hotel in case we travel through this way again.
