The place is nice and beautiful The food is not up to standard, very simple The toilet and shower are not very clean

Food (Dinner) was not good... service as well No Towels / even after room was serviced... Supposed to be King room had 2 separate beds All Old, Very noisy - kids running around on floor

Place is very tired and needs an overhaul. Very slow to check in. They need more staff on front desk area. Breakfast very good.

Check - in very confused. Rooms stunk of cigarettes, beds weren't as per request. Parking situation is bad. Room a bit too basic.

It was nightmare. Very very very noisy!!!!! Even a night event in the hotel with a singer on the microphone until almost midnight. The SPA is small. At diner it feels more like a lousy self-service restaurant, sometimes long tables with strangers aside. Very low. In case you need to rest, and a place a bit classy, just avoid this place!!!!! The only nice thing I can write is the breakfast. I woke up early and it was quiet and breakfast was very good. All type of cheese. And before check out I had time to go to the beach and swim in dead sea. I left car in parking, it was a walking distance to the beach which is gorgeous with showers.

Hotel was not clean! In fact, I believe I caught a virus there. Towels look like the year one. One per person for your face and body. Check in took a very long time, although it was only for 3 rooms. The dining room was not cleaned well at all. The DR manager was extremely nasty. The food was not good. I would never stay there again!

Great location, property is kind of rundown. Not enough parking. I got a parking ticket. Also breakfast was till 11 o’clock and they started taking stuff off the shelves at 11:20 AM. I invited my daughter for breakfast and she came just before 11 and we barely were able to get food. They were in a rush to clear everything up by 11:20 am. Very disappointing.

Maxim at the front desk provided exceptional service and made me feel welcome. The hotel itself was stunning, with spacious rooms and a breathtaking view of the Dead Sea. The facilities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. As a guest from the USA, I felt well-cared for and can’t wait to come back next year. This was great value as the food was great, staff was excellent and rooms were fine. The Dead Sea is easily accesible and the pool is lovely. Most importantly, it was extremely kid friendly. Only drawback was the gym which is in total disrepair.
