這家酒店地理位置和周邊環境還是不錯的，評論一般我也就訂了，沒想到入住體驗太差了。一家四星級的酒店衞生情況堪憂，房間肯定很久沒有住人，房間的每一個桌子都臟的沒法下手，保潔肯定沒有打掃，致電前台問題後，來了一位人員（應該不是客房的），幫我簡單打掃馬桶（期間也沒有客房部門的清潔人員來打掃，感覺沒有人值班的），來的人員也提出換房間，但是另外一間房間也不是很乾凈，想想自己已經擦了那麼久也就作罷，第二天的早餐廳桌面也是一層灰。後續攜程幫我退了第二天的酒店房間，我又訂了另外一家酒店，另一家酒店入住感覺非常好。請這家酒店的管理人員也該看看了，不能因為沒有裝修就不打掃了……這個環境清潔度令人無法承受了。

地板真的很臟，不知道多少年了，而且是掃都沒掃，更別説洗。續住的時候，讓打掃房間，枕套被套都是沒換的，很擔心第一天入住的時候也是沒換的。服務方面也是挺差的，基本就跟你該幹嘛幹嘛，你提啥小要求都是拒絕的，比如晚一點點退房，拒絕，且時間快到了會趕緊打電話讓你退房。
