The staff was very warm and friendly. However the hotel needs some upgrades. It’s very dated. There’s water damage around the tub and wall area. I killed a huge bug. It scared me. It looked like a stink bug or a water bug. I don’t know what it was, but it was disgusting. It was on the counter in the kitchen. The room was not as clean as I expected. They were stains on my sheets. The outside door of the building was open and unlocked every night. Safety is important to me. It was surprisinglyquiet inside each night. I sprayed and sanitized everything for my own piece of mind.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The room had some dated features but more modern upgrades.

My key did not work i had to go to the front desk 3 times to get results with my situation

No lobby for gathering. Breakfast wasn’t ready in the morning at time stated. Old and run down. Nothing “wrong” but just not the dream hotel. Did save us a little compared to competitors nearby.

The room condition was not what we expected. The bathroom and kitchen areas were in poor shape and appeared outdated. The towels were old and worn, and the cabinets were in deteriorating condition. Overall, the space did not match the quality shown in the listing.

The top stove was nasty & the oven had not been cleaned. The oven was full of spilled food that had burned. They need to throw that stove in the garbage! Luckily I didn't need to use the oven. I did report to the staff because I didn't want to be blamed for it. I got no apology, just you won't be charged. I was very disappointed in Marriott!
