I’ve been coming to this hotel for years and my review will be very accurate, I like this hotel because it has a lot of potential with the right approach, and it’s not about spending more money….After digging so deep and talking to employees and staying in different rooms and different floors, I can assure you that the main problem is primarily the maintenance guy….same problems for years…the elevator is so slow, water issues, no hot or no cold water, the faucets and the showers, TV’s and hot/cold air and so on…I have no idea what he’s doing….never seen the guy….The main problem after that is the manager , her name is Maya and she is running this nice hotel to the ground….she is ignorant, arrogant, and clueless…she is the real problem..from what I saw….this nice hotel will go out of business soon if this lady stays there….I’ve never seen anybody that bad….She doesn’t know how to run or do anything…if I was the owner of this nice hotel, I would fire her immediately, believe me when I say: save your money…this hotel will run much better without a manager. The hotel was in a good location if you have a car, the staff were not the best.

Yes to everything.The room terribly neglected. Door almost impossible to open or close. No hot water. Bed had broken springs. Lamps malfunctioning. Luggage cart broken--capsized twice.

I had a very hard day and just wanted to relax. When I checked in, the guy at the front desk told me that they don’t like when people book through third party websites. Then changed me a $100 dollar deposit, that I knew nothing about. It was very frustrating because that was my money to order food, so I didn’t eat. My shower wasn’t clean, the towel and soap was still in there from the previous person. I had to leave and go buy products to clean it. It was several trash bags that were blocking the ice machine on the 3rd floor.That’s very unsanitary.

The mattresses and pillows were not comfortable. The tub and toilet were not as clean as they should have been. There were gnats flying around in the room. The front desk agent when we checked in was not very friendly. We paid extra for early check-in and check out.

the room was not cleaned, I have picture proof, hair in the beds and bath tub, we were also given a room when we checked in that others were already checked into, terrible time here
