Everyone there is very helpful and always smiling! The rooms are very large and comfortable!

The pull out had no linen, desk said if you want some come get it Then gives us stained linen ! Terrible front desk help and service Checked out at 12 a day earlier and was refused to credit me for the second day ! Do not stay here ... will never again !!!

Rooms were nice.. reasonably priced .. only reason for not giving 5* was the breakfast was not good at all .. eggs were gross, no meat .. waffle batter was gross

Clean room, staff, and amenities. The only thing I’d like see it’s improved is shower water pressure.

The hotel I booked at gave my room to someone else and moved me to a different hotel. The manager would not answer his phone to help resolve the issue. He actually shut his phone off when his employees were calling him.

I liked everything about this hotel: the check-in staff was courteous and efficient, housekeeping smiling, polite, asking if I needed anything, the room layout was unique and quite large. Every detail was appreciated-- book light lamp on either side of the bed, clean soft sheets and towels, West Elm couch, office space with muted light screen, and even the temperature was perfect. First time ever I didn’t have to mess with the temp. Quiet, safe hotel - we slept soundly. Great hot breakfast with so many options. We stayed 2 days for a volleyball tournament in Detroit. I'd definitely stay again!

The check-in guy (staff) was very rude to us. When i asked can i use the restroom, He told me very rude you need to get out of here.

This hotel was not up to the standards of Marriot hotels. The staff was least concerned not helpful at all. I am going back in may but will stay somewhere else.
