房間的衞生還是很整潔的，商務雙人間，空間比多數酒店的商務雙人間小，空調的位置非常不合理，正對其中一張床，導致睡覺的時候根本無法開啟空調，透氣窗很小，不開空調衹開窗會很悶熱，開了空調又正對着睡覺的人一直吹，有單獨的停車場，這個還不錯。整體體驗感一般。

總結來説，這個算是低檔酒店，給我的感覺不太好，毛巾發黃發潮，房間蚊子比較多，早上電梯壞了，我拿着大行李從六樓走到一樓，桌子特別小，不太適合商務出行

床上用品衞生不到位，入住時人還沒趟下翻開枕頭就看見枕頭上有根頭髮了，酒店給的處理方案還較滿意，本人選擇更換枕頭而已，希望店家可以在衞生這方面提升一下。

地處縣城中心，到河邊散步很近，吃飯訪友很方便。但是房型小，價格偏高，在德保縣城房費不應該那麼高，儘管是國慶假期，沒有多少人入住，可能與房價偏高有關係
