Hampton Inn & Suites Atlanta Decatur/Emory

The only issue we had was that the can light just inside the door did not work. Our trip was a highly emotional personal situation and we honestly came and went without reporting it. As I checked out it came to mind, only regret was not thinking to report it sooner.

The staff were generally very helpful allowed us to check in remotely before our redeye flight so we could use the room to recover the next morning. There were some electrical problems in our room. The TV would not connect to the hotels, Internet for signal, and some of the power plugs were unreliable, but generally, the room was in good shape.

Very Clean, spacious room! Bed was too firm (hard) and I like firm beds. Staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good! I’ve stayed here several times and will again!

Carlos at the front desk was so helpful and professional. Great customer service. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was just ok.

Clean room and comfortable bed. The shower had great shower pressure. Breakfast was excellent. Parking charge is $15 a day.

Everything was great! The property was very nice and clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. While the room had some minor wear—like peeling wallpaper and a blue tint on the TV—we were rarely in the room anyway, so it didn’t make a big difference to us. We highly recommend this location and will definitely be staying here again. Keep up the great work!
