The front desk staff was nice and friendly but the rooms on website was not what was pictured the room was not completely up to standard there was no soap in room and the bathroom shower rod was hanging half way off of wall it sank in to the middle and would not stay closed so water went all over floor …the beds were ok for comfort and the bedding and towels were clean and white it was just very run down and breakfast was not good got a English muffin but was hard and butter was very old opened it and it was cracked from being dried up…could be a nice hotel if it was maintained with maintenance and cleaning crew…I write this as I was a head housekeeper and took pride in the fact I took a number 17 out of 22 hotels and made it a 1 for cleanliness with a good tesm staff

Hotel was decorated nicely YET the BR. it seen some things. Plus i woke to wet towels due to ceiling leaking. All i could think of was mold

The room I booked was not available and I had to inconveniently downsize to a room where there was mold on the ceiling in the shower and cockroaches coming out from plugs and baseboards. There's rust on metal fixtures and unsafe conditions with hair dryers and life safety devices. I'll never book here again.

The sofa bed middle brace broke and the bed folded up when laying in it. The place needs a major cleaning, mildew growing on the bathroom ceiling.

The first night I was there the "manager" tried downgrading me from a jacuzzi room with king bed to a regular room with a "full" bed with no compensation and threatened to remove me from the premises because I refused and wanted to stay in the room I booked and payed for. Then when that didn't work he tried charging my credit card an extra $915 I had to get ******* involved to intervene just to keep my room and get my money back. Do not ever stay at this hotel. It'll only lead to endless headaches and probably cost you a few brain cells.

The one good point of this stay was the desk clerk. She was sweet, so helpful, and very nice! Other than that - our room was a bit dirty, the breakfast offerings were almost non-existent, the noise from other guests was not good, the grounds were unkempt, with ****s and beer cans strewn around. The pool pump was out, so we were unable to swim. We had 3 rooms! So paid a pretty penny to stay with our large extended family. I would NOT recommend this motel!
