Went to go to bed at 10pm. Bed was broken (it was a king) and had to sleep on one side of the bed that was not tilted down. Went to the front desk, and was told they had no other rooms (don't know if the hotel was full or if they didn't have available clean rooms)...Woke up at 2am to a roach crawling over my head. Went to the bathroom and killed a roach. Was told a manager would be available in the morning. No manager at check out. (9am) Got the front desk person to go to the room/check it out. Vanessa was disgusted by the roaches and gave an oh my GOD....the carpet was so dirty, that you could not go barefoot. They should have paid ME to stay there. Waiting for a canned response. By the way, the first room they gave me stunk like cigarettes, so they gave me another room, with roaches. Who would even want to eat their ”breakfast” with roaches?!
