I reserved as part of a Delta Vacation package. Certainly not a 3.5 star! First, the sign with the hotel name was gone. Elevator was so old, filthy and worn with holes in the flooring. Elevator smelled like an ashtray. Found cigarette butts all over the stairs and hallway leading up to my room. There were items of trash that were not removed from the hallways for 3 days. The room's furniture was dated and scratched up. There was some water or mold damage under the fridge. The dehumidifier bucket was scummy from not being cleaned.The water spigot had been put on backwards and the hot water came out of the right (not left) the metal on the spigot was rusted. The whirlpool was dirty and not even really warm. The bottom of the pool itself looked dirty or stained as well. Not well maintained at all! The owners should be ashamed!! I am sure they have never stayed in their own facilities. Oh, and the grab and go breakfast? Frozen sausage or bacon croissant sandwiches, a mini muffin and half a breakfast bar. The food at a gas station may be better. Also, I got up the first morning to go to breakfast and check out the pool at 7am and there was a guest drinking beer in front of my door. Quite a Sunday morning wake up. Hard to believe all those other reviews are for real!

You have a refrigerator microwave sofa bed two full size bed. It is basically a one bedroom apartment with little appliances. You have two tv’s. A Xbox on one and kids station on the next one. The kids loved the pool. Nice and spacious.

Asked for the manager 3 times and no response. They don’t care even if you are a Hilton diamond member. They clearly say they are a franchise and not a Hilton property. They charge $75 / pet : did not know this is a Hilton policy ?

I had booked two rooms for 4 days. Upon entering the hotel we checked in and our rooms were clean no complaints there. My complaint is about one of the agents by the name of Robert. Not only was this individual rude but also very racist/prejudice. He caught my attention after my family and I would enter and leave the property without any reaction from him other than him looking at us strongly. Before leaving one morning I told him I had two rooms and I wanted both serviced. He spoke in a manner as if I was dumb and didn’t know what I was talking about. And our rooms weren’t even serviced! From that moment on I just observed him. Sadly for every Caucasian individual that entered and checked into the property he was so nice and humble greeting them with respect and addressed them as they entered and left the property. For every colored individual his mannerism was certainly not the same at all!!! Apparently this is not the first complaint about this agent I was told. Other than that location was minutes from the beach. Breakfast and housekeeping staff were very kind.

I feel like I must have stayed at a different hotel that the other reviewers... was here for a month or so while in town for business and had a nice stay. It's right off the highway so super easy to get to. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There was always someone keeping floors, windows, etc clean. And the Manager Austin was great. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. No bugs or any other issues. Reliable internet and decent speed with the upgraded options (super important when traveling for business). The cellular signal for AT&T was terrible in the lobby and on the first floor, but they moved me to the fourth floor and it worked fine there. Great laundry room - takes credit cards or coins, which is handy. Nice selection in the vending machines. And tons of places nearby that deliver in DoorDash. The guests... well, like any extended stay, it's a variety. A few people were loud or not so friendly. But I didn't feel unsafe. Most of the guests were respectful and friendly, as were their pets. Lots of little dogs, a few bigger ones. Overall, I'd stay here again if I were in town for more than a few days. For an extended stay, they do a great job.

Perfect location and really comfy beds. Really clean rooms and delicious breakfast. The oasis courtyard is gorgeous!! The pool bar is fun too. The pool was great with the slides. The dolphin room was fun we had two birthday cakes/parties in there. I also watch HBO max in there while I was waiting to leave for the airport. 😍
