The receptionist at the front desk was outstanding upon checking it, also the bartender was very polite and helpful, our experience was excellent.

stayed there for a work event, the hotel is under construction so some areas were a little messy or closed off.
The event venue was setup great and beautiful - Rafael was incredible with the AV
Rose was wonderful front desk manager
the food on the restaurant could be a bit better.

Do Not Hesitate on staying here.  You will love it.  I searched for a property up and down the south Florida coast for a business/vacation spot for 2 nights.   I live in Hilton hotels and this hotel has met all of my needs and expectations.  Great staff, fantastic location, very clean for a beach front property.  I am working and my wife is hanging out at the pool all day.  The King ocean front full balcony is worth the extra couple dollars as an upgrade.  I can see the sunrise and the waves from my bed.

Clean and hygienic, elegant environment, first-class service and advanced facilities. Four times in the seven-year stay in this store, each stay has a feeling of going home, especially every time you live in the 737 room, the top corner, facing the beach!

The level of noise at this location was beyond belief . just staying at this hotel were treated two eight am fire alarms and drilling and banging construction . The top two floors were completely being gutted, and under construction and the sound resonated throughout the entire building. Several instances of fire alarms going off, as well as alerts not to use the elevators were startling. The line at the front desk to complain about the noise was so long it almost made it not seem real. The staffing continued to give miss information about the duration and extent of the noise that was there on the property.
