Key card machine didn’t work…TV didn’t work, bed was not level felt like slept in hole, saw at least 5 roaches, very drunk people hanging around lobby and after lock was broken…NEVER stay there again

The room was smoky from previous smokers. The bed was hard and only three poor quality pillows. No blankets. No coffee.

If you are a picky traveler or someone looking for more than a 1 night stay, this hotel is not for yoh. The hotel is in a great location and it has a lot of potential, unfortunately it changed administration 4 years ago and it has gone downhill since then.
Here the list of what didn’t meet our expectations:
- No continental breakfast as advertised (is a grab and go snack that consisted in a blueberry muffin, a granola bar and an apple “some days”, and this is the same everyday).
- Pool is dirty most of the time and there is no furniture to seat and relax around, only like 3 tables, with no chairs.
- Bedrooms are old and dirty, some smells like cigarettes, I know because I ask to change bedrooms 2 times (we saw too many cockroaches in the 1st one).
- The shower head is to high, tall people struggles taking a shower.
- Internet is ok, not the fastest neither the slowest.
- The staff is ok, they won’t tell you that you have until 9am to get the breakfast/snack, but I won’t say they were disrespectful and at least they changed our rooms without hesitation.

The room was large and clean but bet was soft and lower in the center! He staff didn’t tell us the road in and out would be closed the morning we were to depart because of a parade! Very inconvenient
