Our stay was amazing. During the course of two days that we stayed there, everything was great from the start. The staff was really friendly, especially Mahika who had made sure that our stay from starting to end was flawless and made sure that we faced no issues. With the help of Mr. Pawan, he was really kind enough to make a customizable experience and trip for us when it came to sightseeing. The rooms were very comfortable as well. If you want to have a peaceful and calm stay near nature this property is the one you should be going for and it is easily accessible with convenient access to mall road.

Great hospitality , Delicious food Recieved from Dev Chef. He has very excellent Cullinery skills . If i talking about rooms , bed bed waa super comfy, and they were warm and clean. I stayed here with my wife between 30th May and 2nd June22.. I found the hotel to be clean and tidy....rooms are very comfortable... our room had a balcony with mountain views... The room has all basic facilities such as tea kettle with ready to make tea/coffee , toiletries, TV, phone, room service, mineral water bottles etc.. A restaurant is available in 3rd floor where very nice buffet breakfast is served apart from dinner/lunch... the quality of food was very good.. room service is available any time. A basement parking is also available for guests.. the staff were very good and helpful...special mention is to be made about Rohit who is mainly in the restaurant but available for any assistance for the guests.. he is polite, knowledgeable and pleasant. He can guide guests for various picnic needs ...He can also arrange transport for guests ... In all he is an asset to the hotel.. I will definitely recommend this hotel for family stay in view of the safety and location apart from the facilities... I had a pleasant stay... Will try to visit again here...

We stayed there for our summer vacation and booked last minute. We were a little skeptical, but the hotel was nice and located on the mall road. The rooms are nice and in room dining is delicious. There are a couple of challenges with the hotel. One is entry to the parking and dining area space. But the courteous staff make up for it. We came back very happy. Thanks to Rohit and Rizwaan.

I really like the hospitality of the Staff. Specially the way of welcoming guests with smile doing tilak and given Tulsi mala. The experience of wow😲 doesn't end in hotel, then he given welcome drink ( hot ginger honey water ) according to weather. After this welcome process Miss Kanchan at reception provide smoothly check in and explain the all complimentary access details in ganga kinare. The hotel also provided a small tea jar on complimentary basis as a gift inside the rooms at the time of check in. The rooms are quite, neat and clean. The linens was fresh. The hotel restaurant Varr famous for there temple food thali, morning breakfast time restaurant gives buffet and lunch or dinner time restaurant served thali and ala cart basis food. Food was good. The location was good and quite, according to main crowd rush in tapovan side and just 3 km distance main city. The staff was very polite and courteous and special thanks to Miss Kanchan for organised my stay very well and given all the details with smile for my queries. In recent past it has been one of the most beautiful stay in rishikesh.
