This is our second stay at this property and that's a great review by itself. This is not a five star hotel and shouldn't be compared to one. It is a property that delivers what is expected. You get a clean room, free parking, a good location, super friendly helpful staff and a fair price. Also a good breakfast. After we checked in we realized that my 4' 11” wife with a hip replacement could really benefit from a small stool or step to help with getting into bed. I called the front desk and Quenton said he would check. Literally within minutes he was knocking on our door with the needed item. We will be back.

I stayed here for a week in August 2019 and enjoyed my stay. Rooms have exterior doors to the outside which I prefer since I usually carry a lot of stuff with me when I travel and makes it much easier to unload my car. I got a king bed room and it was very spacious and the bathroom area had a wide counter so plenty of space to put toiletries and such. The shower always had very hot water in the morning. There is a mini-fridge that worked well. The cable TV selection is very good with some movie channels included. The WiFi was very fast at around 50 Mbps and reliable. There is free breakfast in the lobby every morning and you can enjoy your own self-made waffles. Also scrambled eggs and bacon, too. The pool looked clean and refreshing but I didnt have any time to take a dip, and I was surprised on hot days there were no people enjoying it. The front office staff is very helpful. I noticed at night there was no shady people walking around and the cops did patrol the place occasionally.

There were crack heads outside my door all night one even tried to come in through the connected door in the room . There were young’s kids yelling and arguing all night . We stayed two nights and both nights were horrible due to the residents. Services and cleanliness was great !

My experience at Hilton was amazing sweet respectful employees helped me with anything I need very polite and made sure I was satisfied with my room … asked me if I needed anything everytime they seen me . The hotel isn’t far from I-20 and is situated on the back side of a mall. There are several restaurants around the mall to have dinner. The hotel looks like it has been updated. The lobby and hallways were clean and sanitizer stations were available by the elevators and lobby. However, staff members were not wearing masks if that is important to you. The staff was friendly. I wasn’t welcomed as a Gold member or any perks explained like free high speed internet like at most hotels. When I asked if there were any upgrades available and they told me that they were out of King rooms and the high floor rooms were booked. The parking lot was pretty empty so I checked the app to see if I could reserve a king room and King rooms and studios were available to be booked so it seemed like they just didn’t want to do an upgrade. My room was clean I thought until i went to shower and found the last occupants wash rag hanging over the shower rod! Yuck! That makes you question how thoroughly the room was cleaned. The shower would only get lukewarm and the bathroom fan didn’t work. We went to get ice and the machine on our floor is unplugged. I expect more from a Marriott brand hotel.

I love the rooms. There is actually room to move around. I also appreciate the friendliness of the staff! They were all very helpful! Especially Meski when I went to eat breakfast. It was really nice to see her face again! She goes out of her way to make everyone feel at ease, and make sure they have everything they need. There were a couple of guys, I wish I had gotten their names. One worked the desk at night, and the other one supplied the breakfast food and kept it filled. He was there last year as well.

I stay in a lot of hotels…mostly Marriott. This hotel does not meet the Marriott standard. We checked in late from flying all day and almost left and found somewhere else, but decided to stay because we were so tired. I asked the receptionist to give us a quiet room, he kept saying he would and it would be a high floor. The room was on floor 5 (not high), right in front of elevators. They had a family reunion and a conference going on and at 11 pm it was so loud! The room never got cool, and the bed was awful! Like I said before, I mostly stay in Marriott’s and typically love the mattress’s but this was not Marriotts normal mattress. It also looked like it had been updated but whoever did this remodel did shotty work.

Stayed here in late August. The hotel is fine. It could use a little updating; but, the room was clean and comfortable, the location is great and convenient to spots in and out of the city, the I didn't have any issues with noise or anything else that others have mentioned. The only issue was parking which as others have noted is $6 a night even though (1) it's unusual for a Courtyard that's not in an urban/downtown area to charge for parking and (2) it's unnecessary given how large the parking area is at the hotel. When I checked in, I specifically told the front desk clerk that I was not parking a vehicle, yet the charge still appeared on my final bill. The hotel removed the charge, though there was a little harrumphing about it. Otherwise, everything about the hotel was fine, and it's a bit better than other reviewers have mentioned.

Sheriff was so kind to drive me to my classes and pointed out how to get to the Falcons game. He is friendly, kind and always smiling. The front desk, valets, housekeepers, and other staff are also outstanding. It was nice to be greeted upon my returns. It felt a little like home each time. The rooms are immaculate. The location is nice (there is a mall across the street). It was nice to have a home away from home. Well done , everyone and thank you.

We rented a suite at this hotel for 3 nights. We needed a suite for extra sleeping space for grandchildren. The price was good. The room was just ok. the bathroom door was super wide and at times, got in the way. The bathroom was small and the toilet was very low. At first, the beds felt comfortable, but really weren't conducive to a good night's sleep for any of us. The mattresses were too firm, I think. The room AC worked fine but never got cool enough at night. Glad we took our own fans. Mike, at the front desk at check in, was very nice and accommodating. After that, we rarely saw any hotel personnel. There was no maid service at all after our check in, and I assume that this was because of Covid. However, I want to mention that the room was very clean when we checked in. Still, after 3 days and nights, trash service is more than a necessity. Thankfully, we had taken a large kitchen trash bag. No replacement towels or t.p. The hotel was located in a good, easy access area. It was quiet at night. Both plusses. Breakfast was a negative. I was told that there would at least be cereal, milk and some fresh fruit options. There was none of that. They had granola bars, cheap, out of the box cinnamon rolls, apple juice, orange juice and coffee. Older TV set in room. Not very large and not all that many channels and no guide. With a suite, I am used to having 2 TVs, but not here, and our Roku would not fit in what should be standard HDMI ports.

I have stayed at many IHG hotels, including Holiday Inn. I have stayed at new, old, and renovated properties and have had positive experiences. I stay at Northlake hotels when I am visiting family. I choose this hotel because I am familiar with the brand, and it offered the lowest rate by about $20. I felt like I found a great deal. From the outside, the hotel is a standard, pleasant hotel, although the palm trees out front were kind of suspicious for Atlanta. Lobby looks okay. But after check-in, things got worse. One was not allowed to use the rear entrance to the building; thus, one must walk to the side or front entrance. Elevator looks poorly maintained; hallways were dark with harsh fluorescent lighting and had that really strong ”old building” smell. There was also the smell of pot (and I don't have a problem with it, but I do when I'm in a hotel). As for the room, it had that old smell, the hutch for hanging clothes look well-worn and scratched up. The couch was well-worn. The remote didn't have the battery cover. There was hair in the sink. In the morning, the water didn't drain out of the bathtub while showering. That was the last straw for me. I checked out two days early. I understand those are a lot of negatives but let me stress some things. First, the bed was new and very comfortable. Second, the staff, from the receptionist to the maintenance crew, were *very nice* and *accommodating*. Any request I made was met, and everyone was genuinely proud and happy to be working there. I just wish the hotel physically was as pleasant as the staff. And even though the hotel has been renovated, more needs to be done. As for now, this hotel should not be flagged a Holiday Inn.

During our four-night, five-day family reunion stay, we had been in regular contact with the hotel representatives to coordinate our large group's arrival. However, our experience took a turn for the worse during the nights. One particular incident stands out: the lights in the lobby were abruptly turned off while I was there. Although I understand the need for quiet time and the rule about no pool table play after 10 pm, it was disheartening to have the lights turned off on me. Additionally, the representative we encountered from the hotel was quite rude, which added to our overall negative experience.

However, I want to mention that the room was very clean when we checked in. Still, after 3 days and nights, trash service is more than a necessity. Thankfully, we had taken a large kitchen trash bag. No replacement towels or t.p. The hotel was located in a good, easy access area. It was quiet at night. Both plusses. Breakfast was a negative. I was told that there would at least be cereal, milk and some fresh fruit options. There was none of that. They had granola bars, cheap, out of the box cinnamon rolls, apple juice, orange juice and coffee. Older TV set in room. Not very large and not all that many channels and no guide. With a suite, I am used to having 2 TVs, but not here, and our Roku would not fit in what should be standard HDMI ports.

Our room was clean and comfortable. I reserved a non-smoking room, however, I still smelled cigarette smoke from in my room. A non-smoking room should not be within smelling distance of a smoking room. And when there are designated rooms, that doesn't mean I should smell smoke in the stairwell either. We tried to take the stairs b/c the elevator was SLOW, but couldn't even get up one flight due to the smell of cigarette smoke. So we waited on the SLOW elevator. Later, saw cigarette ashes and butts down the hallway to the staircase, and saw additional cigarette butts in the stairwell, then realizing the smell was too strong to enter again. I mentioned this to the person at the front desk and she advised she would report it. When we finally checked out, those same butts and ashes were there and we couldn't enter the stairwell for a third time. When we got off the elevator, the smoking ”area” outside had people smoking but they had the door propped open, so that smoke was entering the building. I once again told the front desk, and I was just told, ”Yeah that door is broke, and the cards don't work for that door.” Not very hospitable, and didn't offer anything for me. If you can't stand to be around cigarette smoke, don't stay here. I guess I will always find a complete smoke-free hotel from here on out.

This Econolodge had some features in the back, like a lighted pool and path area, that was pretty and private feeling. The guests were chill the night I was there. The bed was fine, the remote worked and the wifi was there. The coffee wasn't great out front, but for the money? I'd use them again.

The hotel is also ok from the airport. There are several restaurants and small convenience stores in the downstairs. The room on the third floor of our room is also OK. The carpet looks quite new. The breakfast is normal in the United States. Breakfast, location is in a small area of the hotel reception, breakfast with milk juice coffee yoghurt, as well as cereal, bread, you can also make waffles yourself, there is a microwave for hot milk, breakfast and hot water to provide perfect. Overall, the price is very high. When you check in, you will be charged a deposit of 50 US dollars. Upon check-out, you will confirm that it is returned to Cary 10 to 15 days after the end of the stay.

Hotel rooms and lobby recently remodeled and smells fresh too, accept when you have neighbors smoking right outside the door, I understand hotel cant control what other guests do but extremely annoying that I had ask all 4 of them to smoke across the parking lot. Check in manager very professional and accommodating. Room very large and spacious, with microwave and refrigerator. Only negative was after leaving my cold drinks in the refrigerator hours later when I returned was a hot box, also evening clerk is not the friendliest. Overall great price and would stay again.
