It is very close to the center of Delft and is very convenient to walk. It is suitable for business and travel. The front desk of the hotel is very friendly and friendly. There are also bicycles for rent. The room is not very big, but very comfortable. It is a highly recommended hotel. I will go there again next time I have the opportunity!

The room was very clean and quite new. The breakfast was rich, but there were no slippers. Toothbrushes were paid separately.

The bathroom was dirty and smelling terribly when we arrived. However, the staff was very friendly and immediately changed us to another room and gave us a complimentary drink. So overall, from a service point of view it was great, but the rooms could benefit from an update and enhanced cleaning service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived and we were looking forward to a good stay. In the bedroom, two sockets didn’t work so the floor lamp was not operating and in the bathroom the towel holder on the sink was falling off. One of the towels had brown stains. Very disappointing. We informed reception on checking out. The response means we shall not be returning.

For me this is the best business hotel in Delft - well-located (walking distance from the Delft Market Square and some of the main city attractions), with good rooms, a bit above average prices and very good breakfast, kind staff, free Wi-Fi and a great view from your room if you are lucky to get a room overlooking the New Church. I really like the thing that everything in this hotel is associated with music and famous singers/musicians which makes it unique.
