The hotel staff were wonderful and professional, always offering warm and friendly greetings no matter the time of day or night. The housekeeping team was equally warm, friendly, and accommodating. The room was immaculate, and the location was pet-free—with the exception of one guest's small Chihuahua, which they apparently claimed was a service animal."

The entire 3rd floor smelled like pee. The room also had a pungent odor. Also, our delivery came with no spoon. I asked the front desk for a spoon, they only had forks. How do you serve breakfast and have no spoons to offer? My grandmother ate her soup with a fork. Not your fault the delivery order was lacking, but how does a hotel not have one spoon?? Not a very positive experience. The smell was just awful. We were too tired to ask to change floors. The lobby floor was dirty with brown stains all over it. You noticed a musty smell when entering the building. Would not stay in this location again, even for one night.

Very friendly staff. Unfortunately the sofa bed mattress pad was soiled and dirty. There were no pillows or sheets for it. Otherwise everything else was very nice.

Everything was excellent. I would give this property a solid 5 stars!

I did like this hotel for the price. It’s about an hour from ocean city and it was a lot better than paying $700 for one closer to the beach. There’s a lot of food and shopping centers within a couple miles so there is that! The staff was very nice but my only thing was the bed sheets. We did not see any bed bugs but my boyfriend’s side did have stains under the first layer. Other than that not a bad stay it was really nice

Comfortable beds, clean facilities and friendly staff.

The hotel was generally fine however the air conditioning did not work and the room temp was 78 degrees. Also, we needed the pull out couch and there was no bedding. We checked with the front desk and were told there was none available.
