Hotel Orfeas

Pan Hotel

Fab little hotel, very quiet (maybe a little too quiet, no atmosphere at all but I didn’t mind that as I was only there a couple of days). Charming little room with balcony, very nice large bed, decent bathroom (although the floor wasn’t completely cleaned), and the breakfast was sensational! Delphi is tiny so many restaurants and cafes are nearby to relax and enjoy the view in. Just be careful on the marble stairs of the hotel as they’re slippy and I almost fell down them. Recommended!
Kastalia Boutique Hotel

We stayed at this property for one night while visiting the sights at Delphi. The staff is friendly, therooms are simple but comfortable, and we were pretty excited to see an elevator after staying in several hotels and pensions around the Peloponnese. It's relatively quiet if you have a room facing away from the main street (bonus: beautiful scenic view of the valley), and the breakfast in the morning was pretty good, with something for almost everyone. The bathroom could have used some attention (we had some mildew in our shower), but that was the only real issue.

We stopped in the middle of the country and asked for a room in this hotel. A old man, perhaps the master, and perhaps his daughter has welcomed us very familiarly. The large room with two very large beds and a balcony with a fantastic view. Very clean. Abundant and varied breakfast and when we were divided the Lord gave us a lot of useful information as well as a bitter conversation. We will return.
Art Pythia Hotel
4.1/510 Reviews
Pythia Art Hotel is conveniently located opposite the pick up point for the Delphi to Athens bus. I booked through Airbnb and unfortunately the Airbnb address is inaccurate and so I was directed to a different hotel that was closed. However having been helped by a friendly local restauranteur I arrived at the well situated accomodation in time to see a brilliant sunset over the spectacular valley from my balcony. Due to issues with the elevator Alexandra offered me a different bedroom to the one advertised on Airbnb (same location but on the second rather than third floor) which was very clean and warm and perfect after a day of walking and sightseeing. Breakfast was a buffet style of locally sourced produce alongside cereals and a cooked breakfast. Vassilis was a friendly and welcoming host and I was able to leave my small rucksack with him while I visited the museum ahead of my return to Athens. The walk to the archaeological sites and museum is an easy downhill stroll and the hotel is surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants. Delphi is beautiful and was considered to be the centre of the world by the ancient Greeks. I have already booked to stay with Alexandra again next month, with my daughter.
Hotel Apollonia
4.3/525 Reviews
The owners of this hotel are very friendly and welcoming. It has superb views across the mountains. Our room had the stunning view. The bed was large and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool which was a welcome respite after a long journey there and also after visiting the historic site the following day. Breakfast was good on the whole. The hotel is really well situated - just ten minutes walk away from the site of Delphi and five minutes walk from most of the restaurants and shops. The town was surprisingly quiet and the restaurants were virtually empty in the evenings. However, the historic site was heaving with tour groups. It was quieter, however, as we walked further up the hill. We really enjoyed our stay but a few things might improve the overall experience: There was a kettle in the room but no mugs or tea/coffee. The pool was delightful but the area around it could be tidier and loungers would be nice. The coffee at breakfast wasn’t drinkable. The above are not intended as major criticisms, just as recommendations.
