Not too bad. But morning staff is very rude. I was sent a text saying check out was noon and we go turn in the key, the lady at the desk says check out was at 11am, I was never told that during check in.

Pool barely heated. Ice cold shower by pool. Supposed to be hot. We needed a handicapped bathroom so staff kindly moved us to a room with a king bed and a fold out couch. Problem was Couch was broken!

Everything was good except the microwave needed cleaning. I stayed New Year's Eve and the guest above me played all night.

Was not very happy with our stay. Hotel was dark and dingy. Room has dirty carpets with gum on them, open coffee cup package was left for us to use, toilet wouldn’t flush properly, tv stand was bent and flopping forward.

The pool was not working. It has been down for a while, and it was not noted while making reservations. The refrigerator and AC heating system was very noisy.

Jessica was super helpful and accommodating. My jacuzzi room was not cleaned properly. Thankfully, Jessica took the intiative to resolve the situation quickly.

Hotel rooms are very dated and for sure showing signs of wear w/repairs needed. Pool was NOT heated and we were not informed of this ahead of time. Hotel was surprisingly quiet with amount of large groups staying.
