Kind team, wide and beautiful recent bedrooms with wide shower room. Nice view on Jasna/Chopok, nice and large breakfast No parking places avalaible, park on a narrow street, people parking like they want even front to hotel when you have 6 people to unload or load with luggages.... Horrible strong musics in lobby mixed with another loudly from bar next door..... All belong to hotel.... Backside outside windows full of birds dejections not cleaned at all! Fridges in rooms not working when it 30 degrees outside. They know it but do nothing.... Plastic nail on bedroom floor carpet You have to leave a 10am when you pay more than 140e/night. All over Europe, incl Bratislava, you can leave at noon. Here, staff coming at 10am to tell you that you muest leave otherwise you ll pay add fees!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

We visited the Hotel restaurant, the menu has a rather small range of meals that are quite pricey, but they are tasty. The staff is nice they even agreed to make me a meal that was not on the menu. The toilets were new and clean. The overall ambience is great.

What a sad experience. We tried to have a late lunch in hotels Restaurant. Unfortunately, though it was promoted as open, we were not served because staff was already making preparations for dinner. No offence, but if it would be clearly mentioned in their opening hours we would choose some other place and would not be dissapointed.

We stayed at this hotel in March 2023. My wife got bitten by bedbugs, she had to see a doctor because the itching was bad. I notified the hotel manager but he basically told me to piss off and implied that we most likely have bedbugs at home ( we stayed 3 nights, the bitemarks appeared on our last night and usually take 48 hours to appear). Had to call an exterminator to our house as we feared we might brought them from the hotel. Just imagine, pay 1500 eur for three nights to come home and basically clean the whole house, call exterminator and then have to wash everything in the washer at 60 degrees to kill those bastards. If you go to Jasna / Chopok, stay anywhere else than this place.

limited breakfast, poor coffee, dirty bed linen. Incredibly expensive restaurant and bar. Construction right next door, impossible parking. Not sure I can find one positive thing about this hotel. Better go elsewhere

Byliśmy grupą przyjaciół na 5 dniowym pobycie sylwestrowym 29.12.22 -03.01.23. Oprócz dobrego położenia i niezłej imprezy sylwestrowej hotel nie ma nic ciekawego do zaoferowania. Restauracja oraz obsługa restauracji dramatyczna. Kolacja podawana przez 2,5 h. Jedzenie zimne. Dla naszej grupy ostatniego wieczoru na kolacji zabrakło stolika. Próbowali nas usadzić w barze. Po naszej interwencji menadżerka restauracji w końcu pozwoliła nam usiąść przy normalnym stoliku. Pani menadżer jest zdecydowanie do wymiany. Jest opryskliwa i poprostu sobie nie radzi. Wydaliśmy tylko w barze Ok. 2000 eur. nie licząc oczywiście pobytu i jedzenia. W barze non stop kończył się alkohol a na koniec zabrakło piwa i coca coli. Nie polecam zdecydowanie. Miejsce super na wypad na narty ale będziemy szukać innego 4* hotelu bo ten zasługuje może na 2*
