During our stay at the Grand Jasná Hotel, we had the privilege of meeting the receptionist Miroslav, who truly made our stay unforgettable. He greeted us upon arrival with a sincere smile and a professional approach that immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. Miroslav willingly provided us with all the necessary information about the hotel, services and options in the area. He was prompt, empathetic and always tried to find the best solution for every question or request. His knowledge of the local area and recommendations for activities in the Tatras were invaluable. We would like to express our great satisfaction and gratitude for the wonderful, funny and very pleasant approach of the bartenders – Milan, Marek and Stanko. The whole team seemed extremely professional, and their willingness and positive attitude made every moment more pleasant for us. We would like to especially highlight Marek, who willingly helped us with a non-standard request – to get ordinary matches. He showed great willingness and commitment when he made the effort and personally brought them to our room. This expression of care and attention is something we will remember for a long time. Thank you to the whole team for an exceptional experience and great care. We highly recommend!

What a disappointment we had in this hotel. We booked hotel for 5 nights but we left after 3 nights. Really I was not able to stay longer while I had to sleep on this incredibly bad couch that was super dirty and noisy when you move even slightly. See pictures and tell me is this a 4 star hotel?? To me this is more hostel….never again and will not recommend to anyone… One point to wellness- they claim water in the pool is 28-30 degrees- haha it is more like 25….suler cold water

The name Grand Hotel Jasná is misleading because there is absolutely nothing grand about it. Our experience was underwhelming from start to finish, and for the price we paid, it was simply unacceptable. Let’s start with the ski lockers—unbelievably small. They barely fit the gear for two people, so for a family of five like ours, it was a daily struggle. When we asked for a second locker, the receptionist acted as if we were asking for a huge favor, clearly annoyed at the request. For a ski hotel, proper storage should be a basic service, not something guests have to beg for. The hotel’s service issues didn’t stop there. When we asked for additional key cards so that each family member could have one, the receptionist simply said, "We don’t have many," as if a four-star hotel shouldn’t be expected to have enough key cards for its guests. It’s a small detail, but it perfectly reflects the overall poor service and lack of professionalism. Then there’s the food. Breakfast is the same, every single morning. No variety, no creativity—just the same uninspired selection day after day. And it’s not just that it’s repetitive; the quality itself is poor. Dinner is no better, making the restaurant feel like a budget buffet rather than something from a four-star hotel. The rooms were another major letdown. We stayed in a duplex apartment, supposedly a more spacious option, yet it still felt cramped for our family of five. The design is dark and uninviting, and for what we paid, the lack of space was shocking. If this is what they call an apartment, I don’t even want to imagine what a standard room feels like. On top of that, parking was a nightmare. Despite it being clearly stated that parking was included in the price, actually finding a spot was almost impossible. We had to drive around searching, and when we finally managed to park, it felt more like luck than a guaranteed amenity. To make matters worse, the hotel seems to find every possible way to charge extra for basic things that should be included. Even a simple teabag in the room comes with a price tag—in euros, not just a few cents. It’s absurd. This hotel does not deserve four stars. Either they improve—starting with better breakfasts, proper parking availability, and more reasonable pricing—or they should drop their rates significantly. And no, I don’t need a generic reply from management apologizing for my experience. Instead of writing responses, start fixing what’s wrong. Quickly speaking, the hotel thrives in popularity solely because of its location. Beyond that, it’s nothing more than a cash grab—overpriced, underwhelming, and far from the four-star experience it claims to offer.

We are not first time there, but first time we have got very bad bed, it's imposible to sleep, every move bed has many sounds like cheap hostel bed, not 4☆ hotel. So all week we will be without sleep.. till 2024.01.27 Next shower also old as hotel, doesn't work.. shower today as manager said will be fixed (I hope). We are really disappointed of the quality, because after skiing we need to have good quality sleep

Man hört absolut alles.
