What I chose when choosing Chanwu Hotel was that the parking lot was relatively large and convenient. The hotel is right next to the avenue, making it easy to get to the Shaolin Temple or take the expressway. The rooms are also more spacious. After checking in, I felt that the staff were all enthusiastic and helpful, especially the room attendants who had a very good service attitude. However, the management needs to be improved, and low-level mistakes cannot be made repeatedly. For example, if you have paid for consecutive stays, you cannot go to the front desk to swipe your card for authorization every day, and the humanized service is defective. If the door lock is broken, all functional departments must coordinate and deal with it in a timely manner, and cannot wait until the guest checks in to find out before changing the room.

i travelled alone to see the shaolin temple, wanted to see the zen light musical performance and this hotel seemed reasonable for foreigner. I am very happy i chose this hotel because its facilities, location, Service is more than five stars. It is a boutique hostel actually with Three a big courtyard Holding Three rooms with Common area including washing machine and separate washrooms in each Room. There is attention to detail in decoration And style of this hotel And downstairs is a canteen with really delicious food. There is also a shop opposite which is open till late night. Every amenity is available including quality toiletries, packed slippers, television with extra channels. The beds And pillows are comfortable and there is a switch for charging mobile phone next to each bed. Most amazingly, the owner of the hotel personally checked me in very efficiently and shared her telephone number in case i needed anything. She also provided a Welcome fruit basket and tea and explained to me the facilities in detail. Since i speak Chinese fluently So i didn't had the chance to see if her English was good or not but the way she said hello with an accent showed that she might communicate in English. And she also upgraded My Room type. In short, this is a foreigner friendly hotel, with efficient service, beautiful decoration and facilities and great location. Better than JW Marriott in Qufu or Le Meridian Zhengzhou. Come to think of it the Common area provides an opportunity to interact with people and there are lot of books and reading material along with tea downstairs. The breakfast was very delicious also and i was also provided a big bottle of Song Shan mineral water

We obviously arrived at a very difficult time for the area people due to the disaster of the storm that affected zhengzhou and the neighboring areas. Prayers go out to all the folks here. Hope they recover soon. Jia You henan! 🙏🏽🙏🏽 as for this hotel. Wow just wow. Perfect location at the foot of mount song with the Shaolin temple close by. All though all the sightseeing areas are closed we will definitely be back to experience the area again. Loved the hotel. What wonderful and caring staff. Ms. Yun the manager was so helpful and kind. Smooth check in process. Lovely rooms and very comfortable and true value for money. Didn’t try the breakfast but restaurant looked nice. Wonderful stay and one to remember for sure. Swimming pool was closed though during our stay. Interiors are beautiful and has a nice landscape of forest built within the old although fake but appealing to nature and the ecology

The location of the hotel is very good, closest to the largest Tagou School. The staff were warm and hospitable. After entering the room, we wanted to change to a double bed room. The staff immediately agreed and asked the lady in the guest room to help us get our luggage and take us there. I really like the hot water in the hotel. It's really good. The facilities and equipment are particularly complete, free parking, and free laundry. The room was clean and tidy.

A group of six of us will stay in 3 double standard rooms in the hotel on April 14, 2021. The day before check-in, I confirmed with the hotel by phone. The hotel manager Yan was very enthusiastic and asked about our arrival time the next day, and arranged for a vehicle to pick us up at the station. The next day we arrived at Dengfeng Station on time. The driver's master had already waited for us outside the station. Upon arriving at the hotel, the security guard in the lobby immediately helped me remove my luggage from the car. Manager Yan also helped me check in at the front desk and upgraded all three of our rooms to view rooms with balconies. I also asked about our travel situation in Dengfeng and saw that all six of us were in their 60s and 70s. Manager Yan gave us a lot of help by arranging vehicles to take us to Shaolin Temple for free, and also arranging vehicles to pick us up. Return to the hotel to rest. Finally, the six of us were put on the bus to Zhengzhou. Here, the six of us said again: Thank you!
