This stay was a very bad experience! Room 1917 was small and smelly, especially the urine smell in the toilet. The room next to the pond was constantly croaking at night, making it impossible to fall asleep. The service attitude was even more disappointing. I was charged for mineral water, and basic supplies such as razors and conditioners were seriously missing. Shower gel was sometimes available. As a high-priced hotel, even basic hygiene and facilities cannot be guaranteed. Bad review
