I'm not sure if it was because we arrived late, but they gave us a truly awful room. The wallpaper was patched up, the walls were grimy, and most importantly, there was no hot water. When the driver took us to the room, he even looked surprised. Now I realize he must have been thinking, 'How can anyone possibly stay in that room?' We immediately asked to change rooms, but they said they were fully booked. However, because there was no hot water, I called the front desk. They knew there was no hot water but still let us stay without telling us! What's even more ridiculous is that they offered to send a kettle so we could boil water ourselves. I lost my temper, and only then did they offer to open the room across the hall so we could shower, claiming that 'those guests hadn't arrived yet.' But wait, weren't they fully booked with no rooms available? From check-in to no hot water, to the kettle, to only letting us shower in another room, that woman was just making things up the whole time. With this level of honesty, how can they even call themselves an 'international hotel'? There's no way they'll ever succeed and grow.

The facilities are quite old. Its main advantage is the location within the scenic area, saving you a lot of walking. Don't choose the cheapest rooms; they're in the oldest building with broken window screens, looking like they were last renovated twenty years ago. Some doors even have gaps. The rooms renovated ten years ago are slightly more expensive and better. Be careful when showering, as the hot water might not even be enough for one person. You have to wait about half an hour between showers. I initially got one of the really run-down rooms and had to pay extra to switch. However, the driver and front desk service were both very good.

The room had a great view, but the facilities were old and worn out. The showerhead was broken, the paint was peeling, and the TV had no signal. The only good thing about this place was its location. On the bright side, the shuttle staff were very friendly and helpful.

A cost-effective hotel with good service, especially the front desk staff, who gave the children small gifts when they checked out. I highly recommend it.

It is very convenient in the scenic area. And it has its own independent restaurant. The air is very good, and the hotel also has a business car to pick up

I unexpectedly discovered in the room that I could watch the sunrise over Songshan Pass directly from my bed. The service was also very considerate and it was worth staying here.

The room is really old, and it's just a makeshift one night stay. There's not much to eat at breakfast. But the location is excellent, right inside the Shaolin Temple scenic area. You can't drive in by car, but the hotel will pick up and drop off guests in the parking lot. Staying here on holidays can perfectly avoid the crowds, and watch the first martial arts performance at 8:30, and you can avoid the hardship of queuing for parking and taking the shuttle bus. If the hotel is renovated, it should be able to sell for a good price. In addition, the hotel front desk bought a few little monks to put on the table, which is very cute and not expensive. The attitude of the staff is good.

The hotel in Shaolin Temple has a really good location and is convenient for sightseeing the next day. The facilities inside are a bit old, and there is a feeling of centralized training. The price-performance ratio is relatively high, but there is also a lot of premium during the May Day holiday. The dinner was good, the dishes were simple but the taste was not simple.

The only good thing about this hotel is that it is in the Shaolin Temple, and you can go back to the hotel to rest immediately when you are tired. There is nothing else to recommend, just like a guesthouse 20 years ago, without the most basic separation of wet and dry areas, the shower water is sometimes cold, sometimes hot, sometimes loud, sometimes soft, the curtains are just for decoration, I was woken up by the sunlight at 5 or 6 in the morning, and when I opened my eyes, I was face to face with a big spider... As a service industry, one of the two front desk staff seemed to be completely unfamiliar with the business, and the other felt that the guests owed her money... It was a terrible experience.
