Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Host very warm and food at the premises was tasty.

The room is very spacious with ceiling window and large windows also veranda. The mountain view from the window is magnificent!. Breakfast is sinple but delicious and I enjoy it. The room is clean, however because of location on the main road is a bit dusty, thus I don't give 10 for rating. Will stay here again if I come to Mount Song area in the future.

This is a sweet guest house located behind a tea shop. The sweet owner really makes the experience — going out of her way to make sure her guests are well cared for from food to tea to transportation. She helped us arrange taxis to and from neighboring cities and to the local sites. The Chinese breakfast was very good, local food. And it included hand ground coffee and a visit from the guest house cat.

It is our first time in China - it was a great stay - owner is very helpful - helped us to organise the tickets to Zen Music Festival, and she showed us the attractions in the area, we enjoyed the food - traditional breakfast, we had traditional hot pot for the dinner - great experience, also she made for us in the evening traditional tea (Pu-erh, and green tea) - unforgettable moments. Thank you very much for the hospitality.

This was such a perfect stay for our trip to Dengfeng to hike Songshan - the owners were thoughtful and attentive and took good care of us.

I wanted to recommend this place, but really can’t. The rooms are quaint (if slightly less than spotless), and the location not bad (an easy 20 minute walk down a gentle hill to the city center). Some of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The simple breakfast provided was tasty (we seemed to be the only people staying at the hotel throughout our stay so it was made just for us). However the behavior of the man serving breakfast was terrible. One the first morning he was simply stand-offish and unwelcoming. We felt like an inconvenience by turning up for breakfast. However on the second day he sat directly across the empty breakfast room, smoking while staring directly at me and interrogating my Chinese companion about me throughout the meal. It became very personal, making both my friend and I feel very uncomfortable indeed. I’ve lived in China for a number of years and am used to the curiosity regarding foreigners but this was on a completely different level, almost hostile. I’d suggest that foreigners at least find somewhere more welcoming to stay.
