The pictures on Ctrip are all old photos from many years ago. The owner of this hotel is now Bangladesh. It relies on deceptive tricks to cheat customers' room fees on online platforms, and the platform doesn't care. I found that I transferred the order to Agoda. How can they be so black-hearted and allow rubbish hotels to cheat customers and do nothing? I really couldn't stay there and left. Negotiating a refund was fruitless. The platform doesn't care. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever booked,I got nothing and lost money. Fithy dirty hotel and the owner,mismatched pictures online,cheating people’s money. I will tell Malaysia tourist police later. This hotel should not exist.
