Bell Suites by Salaam Suites

I'm usually too lazy to write reviews, but this was truly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, so I'm writing this for your reference. First, the cleanliness was appalling and filthy. There were large yellow stains on the chairs, making them unbearable to sit on. The bath towels and hand towels also had old stains. The sheets, pillows, and blankets were even more worrisome in terms of hygiene; I slept in long sleeves and pants. Despite not using any of the provided amenities, I still fell ill on my first night in Malaysia. I felt unwell, and it was my first day in Malaysia. I didn't expect to have no energy for the next three days of sightseeing; it was incredibly miserable. We checked out and left early the next morning. To sum it up in one sentence, I just felt incredibly disgusted by the place. Secondly, the check-in process was quite cumbersome, especially for those who drove. There was a room key, a building access card, and a card for vehicle access—a whole bunch of stuff. It wasn't cheap either; 600 yuan for a family, and this was the condition. I didn't have many requirements; I just wanted a place to stay. This wasn't even satisfactory.
