When I went to the hotel, the hotel owner told me that you were booked with the previous management, we cannot give you a room, now the management has changed, I had to get a new room separately and my money was wasted. جب میں ہوٹل میں گیا ہوٹل والا مجھے بولا اپ کی بکنگ پچھلی منیجمنٹ سے ہوئی تھی ہم اپ کو روم نہیں دے سکتے اب منیجمنٹ چینج ہو گئی ہے مجھے الگ سے نیا روم لینا پڑا اور میری منی بھی ویسٹ ہو گئی عندما ذهبت إلى الفندق أخبرني صاحب الفندق أنك حجزت مع الإدارة السابقة، لا يمكننا أن نعطيك الغرفة، والآن تغيرت الإدارة، واضطررت للحصول على غرفة جديدة بشكل منفصل وضاعت أموالي

Good location in Kota Warisan suitable when you have early or late flight from KLIA. I was denied check in at first due to no room availability but, after 30 minutes while seeking help from trip.com, given the room. The room was basic but very clean. Wifi and A/C worked well. The shared shower and toilet were less clean but still ok.

Great place to stay for the money. Spacious and clean rooms. Like the big window. Staff could be better at cleaning the toilets and kitchen. Drinking water machine needs servicing. However, the host was very accommodating to me. I really appreciated it. Walking distance to so many food places, convenience stores, lots of shops, and the Kip mall. I enjoyed my time here.
