Swing & Pillows @ Kota Warisan, Sepang

I booked this room just to rest for some hours before the flight so I was aware of pros and cons of this hotel. The price is good for Malaysia, the hotel is about 15 minutes drive from klia. The hotel contacted me to inform that reception is open until midnight which was ok for me. I paid the tourist tax, the hotel is cashless they only accept cards. The room is tiny it's impossible to fully open a big suitcase, my room was between the lift and the stairs, I could hear people in the corridor very well. There room was clean, the bed small bit comfortable. There's a kettle but the only socket above the bed. Another socket is not Malaysian standard which is good for travellers. There is a hairdryer. In the bathroom there was some soap and toilet paper. When I checked in, there was sa puddle on the floor, water doesn't go away. There was a cockroach as well. On the floor there is a dispenser of cold and hot water, a mug and a jug are provided.

Spacious, cozy and near with KL Sentral. Lots of restaurant and strategic places.

I booked 3 rooms: 2 triples and a Queen for 8 of us. The reception allowed a change of the Queen room to Twins. The Twin was windowless. The bidet in the Twin room was leaking. A triple room door could not lock and a new room was allocated. The heater of the shower was not user friendly and my family members could not work it to get a hot shower after checking in around Midnight. There should be instructions on how to operate the old model shower heater.
