Good service and comfortable place with great amenities. Drinking water bottle provided. Mini fridge and microwave available. Water boiler and basic cutleries provided. Water pressure good for 11th floor. Water heater functioning in bathroom. Prayer mat, iron + iron board available. Ample furniture inside apartment. Will definitely stay here again. Owner is trustworthy and helpful too. Inform me and send back my forgotten sling bag 👍🏻

There was only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Not enough for us to use in 2 days. No rubbish bag provided. The lights were too bright, 1 switch for 3 lights. No bedlight, difficult for us to sleep. Otherwise, everything is OK.

I think the price is reasonable considering the convenient location, only about 20 minutes by Grab from the airport. I booked it thinking it was a hotel, so I didn't realize it was a homestay and had a hard time finding the entrance when I arrived. One of the large ceiling fans was broken and didn't work. The other one made a loud rattling noise when it turned on, so I was worried it might fall. I was also confused about how to turn on the water heater in the shower.

Arriving at the airport in the early morning, I'm not expecting much from being able to sleep at the nearby airport. For this price, it's pretty good. However, since I didn't know for the first time that the main switch for the water heater is outside, I felt really stupid for constantly asking customer service in the middle of the night.
