After landed at Kuala Lumpur International Airport around 10.00pm.., I directly booked ths hotel. I call them and speak with their staff name Muhammad Avesh, ask him to open the aircond of my room, coz I will arrived soon. After Pass the immigration, I took grab and arrived at hotel late night. It is a quite hotel environment area, and my room is ready. He ask 50MYR for the deposit, the thing is I am not bring any cash with me coz I am flying from overseas, and not withdrawn any MYR money yet. Mostly I am cashless and forget about the deposit needed at hotel. Then, the staff said it is ok.
On the bed, got stains. Means, the bedsheet it is not clean.
The staff said why not ask to change the bedsheet, I tell them coz I arrived late last night and I am too much exhausted and just wanna sleep. So that's why I am not asking to change the dirty bedsheet.
I hope Hotel staff cleaner took extra meticulously to ths cleanliness matters. Coz it is top priority for the guest.
Thank You to Mr. Muhammad Avesh that help me turn on the aircond before my arriving and thank you to Mr. Shuoib that shared the info about grab fare while me waiting the grab to go to the KLIA Airport on the checkout time.
Overall, all is good. Other than bad cleanliness, the hotel service is good and the staff is helpful.
