This happened when we checked in 1/Nov/2025 and checked out 2/Nov/2025. Had a bad experience with this hotel. When entering the room,found out that the dressing chair in the room has a crack on its left front leg,that will break any time if someone were to sit on it. It is like the hotel has ill intention towards their guest, to force the guest who stayed in room 9218 to pay RM280 for the purposely broken dressing chair when the guest suddenly falls from sitting on the broken chair. The room has a telephone but NO INFORMATION PROVIDED TO CALL WHAT NUMBER OF THE FRONT DESK OR HOUSEKEEPING. When finally called the front desk through the number provided on the Trip.com website, the staff girl at the front desk agreed to send the housekeeping staff to have the broken chair replaced, but to our disappointment, nobody came to rectify the problem until we checked out. To make our situation and experience escalate drastically from bad to worse,when I complained regarding the broken chair promised to be replaced last night,but never replaced by the hotel, the hotel security guard scolded us, the paying customer, regarding our parked vehicle. The security guard was very rude to us. The hotel 99 Kota Warisan,Sepang should take stern action to rectify these serious issues with your incompetent staff and to improve further on your staff's attitude towards your paying customers in the future. Here are the proof pictures of the broken chair that will trap the future paying customer if the chair broke when they sit on it in room 9218.
