Bell Suites Moka Kuala Lumpur

This was the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I arrived very late and couldn't get ahold of any staff, so I ended up sleeping outside the hotel for half the night. I finally checked in around 6 AM. Then, after I left, I realized I'd left some things behind. The important items were missing, and only the unimportant ones were returned to me. And as for the 'one-day data package,' I never even saw it. I really felt frustrated being abroad. I strongly advise everyone to think twice before booking here. However, I do want to commend Ctrip's customer service in China; they're reliable and efficient, which is why I've continued to use the Ctrip platform for so many years.

Everything was great, the room was clean, and they responded quickly to my questions via messenger.

On the downside: the pool wasn't working, and the first room smelled like cigarettes. We were given another room, but it had clearly been heavily sprayed with air freshener beforehand. On the plus side: there's a delicious Thai restaurant nearby, an Indian one within walking distance, and a mall not far off. Overall, the location is excellent. And the room was quite clean.

The room was very clean, and there were Chinese restaurants downstairs. The only downside was that it was difficult to communicate with the hotel staff; they only spoke Malay, which I couldn't understand.
