The night shift front desk employee could have been more helpful. She just acted like she’d rather be anywhere else but at work. Hampton is known for HOSPITALITY, however, this was NOT portraying hospitality NOT the slightest bit.! The hotel’s rooms, elevators, parking lot, and entrance were notably clean and maintained, as always.!

The property was under renovation and ******* didn't warn about that aspect, The handicap room was on the fourth floor. In the event of a fire, I would have been trapped on the fourth floor because elevators would not be accessible.

Booked this property based solely on the fact that they had an indoor pool. No where was it mentioned online that the pool was being renovated and was closed. I had some really disappointed kids at check in. A disclaimer or some information would've been nice.

Room was not cleaned AND the housekeeping staff was gone. I had to make several trips to the front desk to get linen and towels. The front desk clerk was nice and polite, but unable to be of much assistance.

Overall, the hotel was great. The location was great with plenty of food choices nearby. The room had a ‘barn-door’ style bathroom door, which was unusual. The pool was in repair. The seal on the shower leaked and the room had a funny smell when we first entered. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Overall we had a good experience. Rooms were big clean and nice. Only bad part we had a loud family next to us and seems like the walls are thin with loud talkers.

The Chair in the room was not comfortable, my legs could not reach the floor - Everything else was fine.
