We instantly got a very warm and friendly welcome. The reception staff are very kind and caring and always say hello when they see you. The room was perfect for what we needed and it was cleaned everyday. The location is brilliant as its close to the castle, the beach and the shops.

If the reservation is made through a tripadvisor or booking type search engine, the hotel recommends doing it directly if the stay is extended. However, if one day has to be cut, they charge the stay for every day and tell you that if you had booked directly with the hotel, they could refund the money corresponding to the unused stays, but when doing it through third parties, then you lose what you paid. My mistake was paying on arrival every day I was going to be. I had to check out a day early and they refused to give me anything back. Shameful

Très correct pour le prix ...je cherchais un hôtel à un tarif raisonnable et le personnel y est très gentil ! J’ai même eu de la chance car la réceptionniste parlait français! Nous y retournerons certainement lors d’un prochain séjour à Dénia
