Our apartment was clean and spacious. It was serviced regularly throughout the six weeks we were there. The grounds were well maintained. We really enjoyed the use of the indoor swimming pool throughout the stay. All the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the food, however on occasions it was not easy for my wife, who is a vegetarian to distinguish between vegetarian and non-vegetarian options on the buffet. We have already booked for next year.

Just had lovely three night stay at this hotel. My initial thoughts were that the apartment was a little tired but overall it proved to offer excellent value. It was well-equipped and was spotlessly clean, the bed was king-size and was very comfortable and the towels were soft and fluffy. Staff were superb, very helpful, always polite and friendly. Breakfast and dinner both offered lots of choice. Central location with easy parking. Will definitely stay here again.

The location in Dénia is great! It is walking distance to the beach, the marina and many restaurants. There were cigarette smells inside our unit coming from the ducts the whole time we were there which was very annoying. The very nice staff compensated for yet another RCI property that could use some maintenance.

ver clean place, good breakfast buffet, beach at 5min walk, interior and exterior swimming pool, kids club in summer, very friendly and helpful staff. We went with our toddler and it was the perfect choice. the area is very calm and there's no noises during the night, the beds are very confortable

The complex was well maintained with good pool area (not manned) we stayed in an apartment on floor 3 which had balcony with reasonable views (I would recommend floor 3 block B as you get a view and away from restaurant which could get noisy) On checking in the reception team were keen to push the half board option, but with so mainly good restaurants in Denia I was glad I decided against it. The complex is only 10minutes walk from the seafront and 20minutes from the Main Street in Denia (I would recommend going to the castle for great views)

This place was run down. Grout missing in the bathroom. If you were in the shower the whole bathroom got wet. The kitchenette was bad even for European standards. The doors didn’t close properly and the only way to keep them closed was the deadbolt lock.

I imagine this was a great hotel once, a long time ago. Facilities in need of renovation, outdoors and indoors, photos on booking sites don’t match reality. Booked for family of four, but sofa bed not prepared (according to receptionist “policy is that I should have asked them before to make the bed ready”, even though I booked for four guests). One tiny bottle of shampoo for a three night stay, again “policy” according to receptionist. We were lucky and received two more, amazing! ;) Breakfast - hard to find clean and set tables, as to little staff for cleaning and resupplying.

Bad review. Needs upgrades especially mouldy bathrooms. No freezer so no ice ! Gardens not maintained, overflowing rubbish bins. Very noisy at weekends with private parties and kids running uncontrollably everywhere. Bsr only open at weekend. Good reviews. Helpful staff, clean bedding twice a week, fluffy towels. Good location.
