I didn’t like being woken up at 6 am by the alarm clock in my room, especially because I didn’t set the alarm, and the alarm in the room next time also went off and I had to call the front desk to get someone to turn it off. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.

I usually dont write about bad reviews but this one is worth noting. It does not live up to its name or expectations. The bed was uncomfortable, mattress pad is really thin. Almost looks like its sinking in. The tv didnt work right and they are very small cheap tvs. My tv had lots of fuzzy lines going up and down the screen. I stayed in room 300. The elevator is slow and needs replacing. It just didn't feel like it lives up to its brand. Almost seems like someone is trying to run it the cheapest way possible. Very disappointing.

Went to the breakfast room at approximately 8:05 am on a Monday morning. Breakfast is supposedly served from 6 am to 9 am. Two coffee carafes were completely empty. One coffee carafe was full however, coffee was ice cold. No sliced bread for toast, only bagels. No forks or spoons available to eat with. Was going to make a cup of coffee back in the room but, no coffee pod holder for the coffee maker.

Positives: Easy check-in, room was clean. Pretty average price.
Negatives: could hear people in the hallway as they walked by, could hear our neighbors TV.

The guys at the front desk was super rude and tried to refuse my service animals. There were cockroaches in the room and the towels were dirty.

I was not aware that you had to ask for cleaning services every day, since it was never mentioned to me when I checked in. When I asked about it I was shown the sign at the front desk. I was also not aware there was $100 deposit although the room had already been paid for. Perhaps that was in the fine print or it was an oversight on my part.
The coffee had run out before breakfast was over and I had to find my own coffee cups.
I dropped my earring behind the nightstand and when I move the nightstand to look for it the back was full of dust. All of the staff members however were very friendly

Tv did not work. Called desk and she came ti the room and could not get it to work either. Missed a good football game as a result. No credit offered.
