A rural setting , but only about a mile of narrow lanes and we are used to that, led to a beautifully appointed guest house. Lovely room, fresh milk available, a wide range of breakfast, good parking and a high standard of furniture, bedding, and a beautiful large shower room. Thoughtful host who provided useful information. If we are that way again we will be back.

Such a cute place to stay it was in a very rural place with not much around so lovely for a relaxing evening away. We stayed in medow view, the room was a good size and the beds were so comfy! The bathroom was also huge! Breakfast in the morning tasty and very filling! The hosts were anmazing and very accommodating. It was lovely to meet you and thank you for a lovely stay

Perfect location for a quiet restful weekend away. Booked last minute and Steph kindly accommodated us in her charming bed and breakfast. We stayed in the Courtyard Room which was perfect. Roomy, lovely decor and furniture. Warm and cosy with a nice spacious bathroom. Modern and clean with nice touches. Freshly prepared breakfast with locally sourced ingredients prepared perfectly. Friendly helpful hosts. Highly recommended.

The owner was very helpful and friendly and paid attention to lots of details, which made my stay very pleasant. My room was clean, very comfortable and warm. The bathroom was large and the shower was great. Breakfast was really delicious and excellent quality. All in all a great place to stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of October and had a lovely break, the accommodation cannot be faulted. We had the full English breakfast on our 1st morning and the continental on the 2nd and which ever you choose, you will not be disappointed. The hosts Steph and Alan were very nice and welcoming. We will definitely be going back but will probably be in June/July to hopefully get some better weather.

Fantastic stay at Grove Barn. Steph and Alan are lovely hosts. Breakfast is huge and very tasty. The rooms are beautifully furnished and are spotlessly clean, it's an idyllic place to stay, well done to them for such detail and being so welcoming nothing is too much trouble x

Steph and Alan are just wonderful hosts, the room was lovely and attention to detail you can see throughout the property. Breakfast was huge nice and hot! And good quality food. Nothing was too much trouble they are very welcoming and we will definitely be back. The place is absolutely spotless.

This was our second visit and as before Steph's attention to was made for a wonderful stay. This is a home from home, with lovely comfy bedding and a delicious breakfast. We are to make this a regular place to stay when we want to get away from our busy lives. Only 40 minutes from Southwold for a day by the sea but plenty to do locally too.

Excellent 3 night stay. Great quiet location and gorgeous setting. Beautifully presented Courtyard room, spacious room with seating area, double shower enclosure. French doors onto outdoor courtyard seating area. Very clean throughout. Generous breakfast selection. Lovely host Steph.
