My room was great, the bed very comfortable. The front desk employee was patient and helpful when my door key didn't work. She moved me to a different room. I couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work. It showed it was trying to connect/no signal. There wasn't anything wrong, just me, user error. She came to my room and got it going. I didn't know how to get the heat going ( a cold front had just come in). She took care of that, too. All my problems, not the hotel's. They went over and above for me!
