I never write reviews, but this was exceptional. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, delicious breakfast, thoughtful snacks, engaging conversation around the fireplace, and warm, friendly, responsive hosts. I have rarely seen a Victorian house updated so well - all the beautiful original detail, without the fussy excess. Location was also great - walking distance to the park, botanical garden, and many restaurants. This is going to be my Denver home-away-from-home from now on.

The Flora House is a charming old house in the middle of Denver, with a few guest rooms on 3 floors and a buffet breakfast downstairs each morning. My husband and I have twice made it our post-holiday weekend home base in January. The hosts are welcoming and helpful, and the location is within walking distance of the Tattered Cover Book Store, the Sie Film Center, the Denver Botanic Gardens, and many restaurants.

We loved our time at Flora House. Our room was spotless, huge, and they thought of everything we might need. We were super comfortable, it was quiet, and there were lots of options for a delicious breakfast.

My son lives in Denver so I am always looking for a good place to stay. The Flora house is conveniently located near him and Cheesman Park. I have found my new home away from home when visiting! Its is beautifully decorated (but not cluttered), the rooms are fresh, clean and comfortable and the owners and innkeepers are friendly and helpful! Looking forward to coming back in warmer weather to take advantage of the charming patio area!

This was our 4th stay here. Our daughter lives in Denver around a mile away. The place is very comfortable and clean. Dusty and Nicky are very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is very good. Haven’t used the ho tub, but have seen many others use it. We’ll probably be back in February.

This place is AWESOME! The hosts were super kind and responsive. The house couldn’t be more charming and our room was very spacious. The breakfast was generous and included fresh berries. It feels like you’re in Europe. I only wish we could have stayed longer!!

Delightful host! Flora House is elegant but not pretentious, tastefully furnished, and surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of Denver. There is a great outdoor space as well. The continental breakfast was substantial and very enjoyable. We will definitely return!
