On the main floor, you can relax on the velvety couch, enjoy a meal in the dining area, or cook up your favorite dish in the bright and well-equipped kitchen. This floor has two bedrooms and two stunning bathrooms, one of which is an en suite. In the basement, you’ll enter the second living area with abundant seating options. You’ll find two more bedrooms, another bathroom, and the laundry room on this level. Stepping into the backyard, you’re underneath a large covered patio with a skylight. You’ll find seating options, outdoor games, and a turf yard. From the covered patio, you can avoid the elements to reach the detached garage. Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.
