I was not informed about the shuttle upon check in, I took an uber to the hotel. Fast check in upon arrival.
Returned to the hotel around 1230a after a concert in downtown. My room key did not work. I went to the desk and informed the overnight agent perhaps my key was demagnetized. This is where it got a bit wonky. The agent told me it was not my room and the ID I handed her did not match the name on the room. I told her my bags were already in there, she could send the overnight porter up with me to verify my bags. She told me no and proceeded to argue with me, which was disappointing. I had to dig out the reservation receipt on my phone, she proceeded to call someone in the back office for 10 minutes. Then she returned, re-keyed my card, and said 'here ya go'. This was it.
Housekeeping woke me up at 8am on Saturday.
